The global COVID pandemic caused disruptions in global businesses and trades which in turn greatly affected our national supply chains which required rapid decisions in a complex and challenging environment. Log Nation answered the call to develop and maintain partnerships with Industry and public–private partnerships to support our Federal Government providing critical medical supplies while supporting our nation’s leadership. Log Nation planned and anticipated the demand for medical supplies delivering the right supplies to over 15,000 hospitals and support to our national pandemic vaccination sites.
Log Nation consulting and planning helped reduce lead time from overseas medical supplies production as well as integrated our US production/vendor base in support of our National Organic Industrial Base. Log Nation’s team of logistical professionals responded to the impacts on pandemic demand, supply, and supporting programs that support mass production of COVID supplies.
Log Nation continues to support a wide variety of interagency programs that includes components of the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Food and Drug Administration, the National Institutes of Health, and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA); the Department of Defense; private firms; and other federal agencies, including the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Log Nation’s decades of logistics experience allowed existing business relationships to rapidly assess and respond to crisis and consider solutions that guarantee the continuation of supply chain and distribution and delivery to our front line workers during a pandemic.
